 HOW TO SHOP

  1.  If you know what you are looking for, use the CATALOG links.
  2.  Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select and click on the "TO BUY" button underneath each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the "MY SHOPPING BAG" link at the top of the page. You can use the "REMOVE FROM BASKET" link to delete items from your shopping bag.
  4. Click on "PROCEED TO PURCHASE" to complete your order.
  5.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; MarisaCanoonline has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
  6. If you are buying a ring don't forget to give us your ring size.
  7. Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 15 days from the reception date of the article via UPS. All exchanges, credit and returns must be sent to our Customer Service Centre at the purchaser´s expense with the original sales receipt and authenticity certificate. A refund won't be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. You can change the article for another one or we will give you a voucher.

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND RATES

Depending on the item(s) you purchase marisacanoonline.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. 

Shipping rates are dependent on the destination of your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Currently we are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses with Europe, Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.

All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging.

We offer the following convenient delivery options: 

Continental US from $ 25 to 70.00  
Europe      from $ 13  

Standard (ground) shipping to Europe: please allow 2-5 business days.

Standard (ground) shipping to Spain: please allow 1-3 business days.

Express shipping to USA: please allow 2-5 business days.

Standard shipping to USA: please allow 15-20 business days.

Standard insurance for orders to $400.00 is included in the shipping rates.

PAYMENT SECURITY

We accept Visa, Master, Paypal and Bank transfer. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

At checkout, we require the credit card customer identification number (CIN) with every online purchase made with Visa and Master Cards. The CIN is a 3 or 4 digits, numeric value that provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. This security feature is designed to protect you against consumer fraud. Your CIN will not be stored or maintained on any of our systems and you will need to provide the number every time a purchase is made on marisacanoonline.com.
